Thanks Rita! It’s comforting to live in a structurally sound environment, isn’t it? Current housing trends in the US seem to encourage compressed paper covered by aluminum siding, and at very inflated prices!

So far, every house I’ve owned has gotten fixed up prior to it’s sale. This time, I’m determined to enjoy the upgrades long before it’s sold. Wish me luck on that one.

That’s a fantastic sketch, Lisa! I’m sure you’ll be happy when you finally have your studio to work out of.
Your husband and mine must have known eachother in a former life since, like yours, mine builds things to withstand a nuclear holocaust.

Overkill? You bet, but you’re right in that it’s better than having to repair it in 5 years or so.
